Performance means that we will walk a part of your success path together. In close collaboration, we will strengthen your mental power and set clear, individual goals. Step by step, we will work from coaching session to coaching session on smaller milestones, and I will accompany you through your training and competition days. Our goal: to celebrate personal victories and develop a new, relaxed, and focused relationship with yourself and top-level sports within 3-6 months. If you have already completed a Kick-Off Coaching and we have worked together, and later feel that you need a refresher or short-term support for an important competition or challenging situation, I am happy to assist you with an individual session. However, I only offer this in exceptional cases and exclusively for existing clients who have already established a solid foundation with the Kick-Off. This ensures that we can directly build on your individual progress and continue working purposefully.

If you notice a tangible improvement in your situation after the Kick-Off Coaching, I recommend that we schedule at least three follow-up sessions of 60 minutes each in the next 2-6 weeks. This phase is about internalizing, understanding, and applying what you’ve learned more effectively. I will support you in achieving a high level of self-efficacy. Step by step, we will work on tailored strategies that you can implement directly. This way, you should experience the power of your new mindset within a short time, which will help you successfully achieve your goals.

All coaching sessions take place either on site in Wädenswil or via Zoom (video call) and last 55 minutes. Appointments are arranged individually. Payment for all coaching services is due before the start of the first session. A monthly invoice can also be issued for existing clients. Invoicing takes place after signing the coaching agreement.
